lTC's Secretarial function offers exciting careers to professionals who are qualified Company Secretaries. Professionals who join the Secretarial function are members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additional qualifications could be in Chartered Accountancy or Law.

ITC inducts R&D professionals for its Group R&D Centre located in Bengaluru as well as for its Agricultural Research Centers at Rajahmundry and Sarapaka.
These three Centers for R&D cater to the needs all the Divisions of ITC.
